基于二氧化钒(VO2)薄膜的绝缘-金属相变特性,提出了一种温控可调谐的极化无关超材料吸波体,研究了单环、双环和三环结构超材料吸波体对电磁波的吸收特性和温控可调谐特性。当电磁波垂直入射时,单环、双环和三环结构超材料吸波体在2~20 GHz范围内分别出现了1个、2个和3个吸收峰,随着结构单元环数增加,吸收峰逐步增加;由于超材料吸波体是二维全向对称的,故其吸收特性是电磁波极化无关的;当温度从40℃至80℃变化时,吸收特性发生明显的变化,实现了极化无关超材料吸波体的可调谐效果。
基于二氧化釩(VO2)薄膜的絕緣-金屬相變特性,提齣瞭一種溫控可調諧的極化無關超材料吸波體,研究瞭單環、雙環和三環結構超材料吸波體對電磁波的吸收特性和溫控可調諧特性。噹電磁波垂直入射時,單環、雙環和三環結構超材料吸波體在2~20 GHz範圍內分彆齣現瞭1箇、2箇和3箇吸收峰,隨著結構單元環數增加,吸收峰逐步增加;由于超材料吸波體是二維全嚮對稱的,故其吸收特性是電磁波極化無關的;噹溫度從40℃至80℃變化時,吸收特性髮生明顯的變化,實現瞭極化無關超材料吸波體的可調諧效果。
기우이양화범(VO2)박막적절연-금속상변특성,제출료일충온공가조해적겁화무관초재료흡파체,연구료단배、쌍배화삼배결구초재료흡파체대전자파적흡수특성화온공가조해특성。당전자파수직입사시,단배、쌍배화삼배결구초재료흡파체재2~20 GHz범위내분별출현료1개、2개화3개흡수봉,수착결구단원배수증가,흡수봉축보증가;유우초재료흡파체시이유전향대칭적,고기흡수특성시전자파겁화무관적;당온도종40℃지80℃변화시,흡수특성발생명현적변화,실현료겁화무관초재료흡파체적가조해효과。
Based on the insulator-metal phase transition property of vanadium dioxide thin film (VO2), a thermally-control tunable polarization-unrelated metamaterials absorber was proposed and the microwave absorption and thermally tunable properties of one-ring, two-rings and three-rings structural metamaterials absorber were studied. The one-ring, two-rings and three-rings structural metamaterials absorber respectively appears one, two and three absorption peaks at the range of 2–20 GHz when the electromagnetic wave is vertically incident. The absorption peaks gradually increase with the increasing of ring. The absorption property is polarization-unrelated due to its two-dimensional omnidirectional symmetry. When the temperature changes from 40℃ to 80℃, the absorption properties have obvious change. It achieves the effect of polarization-unrelated tunable metamaterials absorber.
