Professional skill is one important component of preschool teachers' qualities. For Preschool Education programs, it is also a key yardstick of measuring if the graduates are qualified, and a crucial standard to evaluate the program's running level. The article aims to introduce the training methods of improving students' professional techniques applied by Ningbo Foreign Affairs School. The methods work under the principle of "increasing students' interest by providing opportunities to perform, improving students' techniques by encouraging competitions", and work by conducting various activities such as "welcome newcomers' party", interest groups, student society activities, the carnival, professional skill competition, and etc.
