在新时期示范性高职院校应该积极转变建设方式，采用深化内涵建设的方式取代抓行政基础、提升办公效率的建设，致力于办公质量的不断提升，积极地对院校品牌特色进行精心打造。本文对示范性高职院校如何充分的顺应形式，立足于高职办公室行政管理方面开展内涵建设工作，最终能够进一步地使学校自身的内涵建设水平得以不断提升。
