对某70m直径单层球面网壳节点进行了设计,提出了一种新型高强螺栓端板对接节点.该节点具有一定的弯曲刚度,是介于刚接和铰接之间的半刚性节点.通过ABAQUS软件对该节点进行了细致的接触分析,初步了解了这种新型节点的受力性能,为这种端板对接节点在网壳结构中的应用提供了参考.

A spherical lattice shel joint which is 70 meters in diameter was designed and a new end-plate butt joint of high strength bolt was proposed. The bending stiffness of the semi-rigid joint system is between those of rigid-joint and pin-joint system. Careful contact analysis was taken by ABAQUS software, and a preliminary understanding of mechanical behavior of the pinned connection joint was got, the result provides reference for the usage of the end-plate butt joint in spherical lattice shel structures.
