利用金相显微镜(OM)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和能谱分析仪(EDS)等分析研究了6063铝合金表面点状凸起物的表面形貌及成分.结果表明,这种点状凸起物主要是由大量聚集的碳化硅颗粒以及少量的游离硅组成,碳化硅颗粒硬度较大,不易加工,从而造成铝合金表面异常.
利用金相顯微鏡(OM)、掃描電子顯微鏡(SEM)和能譜分析儀(EDS)等分析研究瞭6063鋁閤金錶麵點狀凸起物的錶麵形貌及成分.結果錶明,這種點狀凸起物主要是由大量聚集的碳化硅顆粒以及少量的遊離硅組成,碳化硅顆粒硬度較大,不易加工,從而造成鋁閤金錶麵異常.
이용금상현미경(OM)、소묘전자현미경(SEM)화능보분석의(EDS)등분석연구료6063려합금표면점상철기물적표면형모급성분.결과표명,저충점상철기물주요시유대량취집적탄화규과립이급소량적유리규조성,탄화규과립경도교대,불역가공,종이조성려합금표면이상.
The morphology and composition of protrusions on 6063 aluminum alloy surface were researched by means of OM,SEM and EDS.The results show that the protrusions are composed of silicon carbide particle aggregation as well as little free silicon.Additionally,silicon carbide particles are very harder,so they are not easy to be processed. Thereby,the protrusions are formed on the aluminum alloy surface during the process.
