介绍了外贸B2C(Business to Customer)电子商务物流在我国的发展情况,讨论了B2C电子商务与物流的关系,引入Ballow二维决策矩阵,根据影响外贸B2C电子商务企业物流配送模式的关键因素"成本优势"和"企业自身物流管理能力"做出相应的调整.最后,以阿里全球速卖通外贸B2C电子商务企业物流配送模式选择为例,基于Ballow二位决策矩阵分析,为不同发展阶段的外贸电子商务企业选择物流配送模式提出建议.

In this paper, we introduced the development situation of the B2C foreign trade e-businesses in China, discussed the relationship between B2C e-commerce and logistics, introduced the Ballow 2D decision-making matrix, adjusted the key factors influencing the logistics distribution mode of the foreign trade B2C e-commerce enterprises, and at the end, in connection with a practical case, proposed the suggestions for the selection of logistics distribution mode by foreign trade B2C e-businesses in different development stages.
