由于风电具有间歇性和反调峰性,其大规模接入电网将增大系统调峰能力的需求.随着山西电网中风电的比例不断增加,冬季后夜弃风现象严重.通过分析制约山西电网接纳风电的主要因素,以2015年山西电网为例进行仿真计算,提出提高山西电网风电消纳能力的措施.

Large-scale wind power integration has increased the demand for peaking capacity because of the intermittency and anti-peak-regulation of wind power. With the increasing proportion of wind power in Shanxi grid, wind abandoning is more serious at night in winter. Taking Shanxi grid in 2015 as an example, this paper mainly focuses on improving integration capacity in Shanxi grid based on the analysis of the main factors restricting the integration capacity in power grid.
