The data acquisition and modeling based on 3D laser scanning is more and more widely used in the Urban construction and other fields,and building detection is an important technology of the 3D laser scanning data processing.This paper focuses on the methods of building detection and the advantages and disadvantages of these methods,and also dose some exploration of automated detection.
