给出了永磁同步电机的工作原理和数学模型,介绍了永磁同步电机的矢量控制方法。针对转子位置影响电机控制精度的问题,给出了一种简单的转子位置实时估计方法,克服了传统的有位置传感器的缺点。为了提高转子位置检测精度,利用线反电势过零点信号对转子位置估计值进行校正,提高了转子位置估计的准确性与可靠性,而且不需要电机提供中线,实验结果表明,本文所提的方法能够有效地实现永磁同步电机无位置传感器条件下的矢量控制。

The principle and the mathematical model of permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) are first given in this paper. Then, the vector control method for PMSM is introduced. On account of the rotor position value affecting the motor control accuracy, a simple real-time rotor position estimation method is presented to overcome the shortcomings of the traditional position sensor. In order to improve the rotor position detection precision, the zero crossing signal of the line-to-line back EMF is used to correct the estimated rotor position value, thus improving its accuracy and reliability. Moreover, the neutral line is not required any more. At last, the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed rotor position estimation method for PMSM without the position sensors and the corresponding vector control method are verified by several results.
