目的对细节护理在护理管理工作中的应用效果进行探讨。方法选取蒙医科室6个护理单元，评价管理中细节护理实施前后对患者满意度评价及护理工作质量进行对比分析。结果细节护理实施后，护理质量中病房管理、基础护理、健康教育及护理文书书写等项目的评分比实施前都明显提高，<0.05。患者满意度评分方面，细节护理实施前为(86.38±4.67)分，实施后为(96.23±2.49)分，差异显著，有统计学意义，<0.05。结论将细节护理应用与护理管理工作中，对提高患者满意度及护理工作质量有重要的意义，在临床护理管理中有推广应用的价值。

Objective To discuss the application ef ect of details in nursing management in nursing work. Methods Select dif erent nursing department of nursing unit, car ies out a comparative analysis of the detailed nursing before and after the implementation of patient satisfaction scores and quality of nursing work. Results After nursing implementation details, ward management, basic nursing, health education and nursing documents writing project quality nursing care than before the implementation of score increased significantly, <0.05. Patient satisfaction scores, care for details prior to the implementation of (86.38±4.67), after the implementation of as (96.23±2.49), significant dif erence before and after comparison, there is statistical significance, <0.05. Conclusion The details of application and nursing management in nursing work, have an important role to improve the nursing quality and patient satisfaction, popularization and application value in clinical practice.
