目的探讨综合护理干预对提高PICC置管维护依从性的影响。方法选择2013年1月~2014年1月在我院进行PICC置管的患者400例，将其随机分成实验组和对照组各200例，对照组患者给予置管常规护理，实验组患者给予综合护理干预。对两组患者护理干预效果进行对比分析。结果实验组患者置管维护依从性和并发症发生率显著优于对照组患者，两者比较差异有统计学意义(<0.05)。结论综合护理干预能让PICC置管患者的维护依从性得到有效提升，同时降低并发症发生几率，值得临床推广应用。
목적탐토종합호리간예대제고PICC치관유호의종성적영향。방법선택2013년1월~2014년1월재아원진행PICC치관적환자400례，장기수궤분성실험조화대조조각200례，대조조환자급여치관상규호리，실험조환자급여종합호리간예。대량조환자호리간예효과진행대비분석。결과실험조환자치관유호의종성화병발증발생솔현저우우대조조환자，량자비교차이유통계학의의(<0.05)。결론종합호리간예능양PICC치관환자적유호의종성득도유효제승，동시강저병발증발생궤솔，치득림상추엄응용。
Objective To investigate the comprehensive nursing intervention to improve adherence of PICC maintain influence. Methods 400 patients from January 2013 to January 2014 in our hospital for PICC catheter were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, 200 cases in the control group were treated with routine catheter care, the experimental group were given integrated care intervention. Nursing intervention on two groups of patients were compared. Results The patients maintain adherence and catheter complication rate was significantly bet er than the control group of patients, the dif erence was statistical y significant ( <0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with PICC catheter al ows maintenance ef ectively enhance compliance, while reducing the chance of complications, worthy of clinical application.
