目的:探讨辅助营养治疗对住院神经性厌食症( AN)患者的治疗效果。方法:41例符合《美国精神障碍诊断与统计手册第4版》AN诊断标准的患者随机分为研究组17例和对照组24例,分别给予常规抗抑郁治疗联合辅助营养治疗和仅常规抗抑郁治疗1个月。在治疗前后分别测定两组患者的体质量、身高并完成进食障碍调查问卷( EDE-Q)的评定;比较两组各项指标改善情况。结果:治疗后研究组体质量指数(BMI)值高于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(F=18.42,P<0.05);对照组治疗后BMI值高于治疗前,但差异无统计学意义( F=9.71,P>0.05)。研究组治疗后EDE-Q量表在暴食频次( F=217.5)、催吐频次( F =157.3)及限制进食因子( F =319.6)得分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论:辅助营养治疗在短期内对住院神经性厌食症患者疗效明显。

Objective:To explore the nutritional therapeutic effects on patients with anorexia nervosa ( AN). Method:Forty-one patients with AN were randomly assigned to two groups. The therapy group( 17 subjects)was treated with the combination of regular therapy and nutritional therapy,while the control group (24 subjects)was treated with regular therapy. Body mass index( BMI)and height were measured and eating disorders questionnaire( EDE-Q)was adminstered in both groups at the beginning and the end of the treatment. Resuits:At the end of the treatment,the therapy group showed more BMI than before the treatment,the be-fore-after BMI difference was statistically significant(F=18. 42,P<0. 05). The BMI of the control group at the endpoint scored more than that at the baseline,the before-after difference didn′t have a statistical significance (F=9. 71,P>0. 05). At the endpoint of the treatment,the frequency of binge,forced vomiting and the score of restricting food in the therapy group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference between the two groups reached statistical significance(F=217. 5,P<0. 05;F=157. 3,P<0. 05 ;F=319. 6,P<0. 05,re-spectively). Conciusion:The nutritional therapy has a therapeutic effect on patients with AN.
