社区志愿服务是以志愿服务社区为宗旨的公益性活动。随着我国志愿服务的发展，大学生以其高素质和专业技能在社区志愿服务活动中的作用不断加强，也推动了高校与社区的多方面合作。在双方合作不断加强的背景下，借鉴国外“服务学习”理念和志愿服务的思想教育意义，结合高校思政课实践教学改革需求，通过SWOT方法分析构建思政课社区志愿服务实践教学模式的内外因素及利弊条件，明确构建基于社区志愿服务基础上的教学模式的可行性，并从教学基地建设、教师创新意识提升、志愿服务氛围营造和志愿服务保障机制方面探讨构建策略。

The community volunteer service is be well received by people .With the development of the volunteer service, the college students play an important role in it with their great character and skills . It improved the cooperation between the community and the college .Based on the situation ,taking example by the Service Learning Theory of the western country and focusing on the reformed needs ,the article tries to analyze the possibility of the new practical teaching model of college ideological and political theory course from the inner and outside advantages and disadvantages with SWORT way. Then there are some strategies to form the new practical teaching model.
