整合教育资源、向学习型社会迈进是当今中国教育关注的重大问题。本文通过浙江省自学考试的实践探索，分析国家考试制度在各类教育资源整合中所发挥的独特功用。自学考试制度的建立本身就为教育资源整合提供了前提和保障，在30多年的不断发展和探索中，对各级各类教育教学资源的组织协调管理成效卓著，有力地促进了包括高等教育、职业技术教育、社会力量办学等在内的各类教育资源的整合。

Today,the main focus of Chinese education is to integrate educational resources and to build a learning society. In this paper we preliminarily analyze the special functions of the National Self-taught Examination on the variety of the integration of educational resources by presenting the practice exploration of the system in Zhejiang Province. The establishment of the system itself provides the integration with prerequisite and guarantee. It has proved a success during its 30-year constant development and experiment,has promoted the integration which involves in higher education,vocational education and non-governmental schools etc. and has achieved a good result in the managing and coordinating of all the educational resources as well.
