目的:比较苦参碱、鱼腥草素钠及其与红霉素联用对表皮葡萄球菌生物被膜的渗透性,为中药及中西药联用治疗表皮葡萄球菌引起的相关感染提供研究的依据。方法:在体外建立SE-BF(表皮葡萄球菌生物被膜模型)和PB(生物被膜渗透模型),观察并测量含药滤纸片抑菌圈直径(每个时间点取样3个),计算苦参碱、鱼腥草素钠及其与红霉素联用对PB的渗透率。结果:苦参碱、鱼腥草素钠、苦参碱与红霉素及鱼腥草素钠与红霉素联用对Se738的36h渗透率分别达到93.94%、96.97%、89.34%、93.53%;苦参碱、鱼腥草素钠、苦参碱与红霉素及鱼腥草素钠与红霉素联用对ATCC35984的36h渗透率分别达到82.83%、88.55%、91.47%、96.76%。结论:中药有效成分苦参碱、鱼腥草素钠及其与红霉素联用对表皮葡萄球菌生物被膜均有较强的渗透性。
目的:比較苦參堿、魚腥草素鈉及其與紅黴素聯用對錶皮葡萄毬菌生物被膜的滲透性,為中藥及中西藥聯用治療錶皮葡萄毬菌引起的相關感染提供研究的依據。方法:在體外建立SE-BF(錶皮葡萄毬菌生物被膜模型)和PB(生物被膜滲透模型),觀察併測量含藥濾紙片抑菌圈直徑(每箇時間點取樣3箇),計算苦參堿、魚腥草素鈉及其與紅黴素聯用對PB的滲透率。結果:苦參堿、魚腥草素鈉、苦參堿與紅黴素及魚腥草素鈉與紅黴素聯用對Se738的36h滲透率分彆達到93.94%、96.97%、89.34%、93.53%;苦參堿、魚腥草素鈉、苦參堿與紅黴素及魚腥草素鈉與紅黴素聯用對ATCC35984的36h滲透率分彆達到82.83%、88.55%、91.47%、96.76%。結論:中藥有效成分苦參堿、魚腥草素鈉及其與紅黴素聯用對錶皮葡萄毬菌生物被膜均有較彊的滲透性。
목적:비교고삼감、어성초소납급기여홍매소련용대표피포도구균생물피막적삼투성,위중약급중서약련용치료표피포도구균인기적상관감염제공연구적의거。방법:재체외건립SE-BF(표피포도구균생물피막모형)화PB(생물피막삼투모형),관찰병측량함약려지편억균권직경(매개시간점취양3개),계산고삼감、어성초소납급기여홍매소련용대PB적삼투솔。결과:고삼감、어성초소납、고삼감여홍매소급어성초소납여홍매소련용대Se738적36h삼투솔분별체도93.94%、96.97%、89.34%、93.53%;고삼감、어성초소납、고삼감여홍매소급어성초소납여홍매소련용대ATCC35984적36h삼투솔분별체도82.83%、88.55%、91.47%、96.76%。결론:중약유효성분고삼감、어성초소납급기여홍매소련용대표피포도구균생물피막균유교강적삼투성。
Objective:To observe and compare the permeability of matrine, sodium houttuyfonate alone and in combination with erythromycin through Staphylococcus epidermidis biofilm to provide basis for treating infections caused by S.pidermidis, using traditional Chinese medicine alone and in combination with western medicine. Method:In vitro models of S.pidermidis bioiflm (SE-BF) and penetration of bioiflm (PB) were established, the diameters of inhibition zone were observed and measured (three sample per each time point), and the penetrating ratios of matrine, sodium houttuyfonate alone and in combination with erythromycin were analyzed. Result:The penetrating ratios of matrine, sodium houttuyfonate alone and in combination with erythromycin through Se738 and ATCC35984 after 36h treatment were respectivelly 93.94%,96.97%,89.34%,93.53%, and 82.83%,88.55%,91.47%,96.76%. Conclusion:These active ingredients of Chinese herbal medicine alone and in combination with erythromycin have relatively strong permeability through S.epidermidis bioiflm.
