以R2O-CaO-SiO2-F系硅渣微晶玻璃为研究对象,考察冷却速率对微晶玻璃析晶动力学的影响。研究表明:对于同一化学组成的基础玻璃,析晶峰峰位发生明显迁移,析晶峰峰值温度发生非常大的变化,在升温速率α=10℃/min时,样品析晶峰峰值温度相差近40℃;基础玻璃呈现两种不同的析晶方式,即表面析晶和整体析晶。通过晶化实验发现,冷却速率对析出晶相的种类和相对比例都有显著影响,由析出晶相不同而引起的样品微观形貌也呈现巨大的差异性。

Based on R2O-CaO-SiO2-F system silicon slag glass-ceramics, the effect of cooling rate on crystallization kinetics was investigated. The results showed that for the glass with the same chemical composition, the endothermic peak and exothermic peak had a significant migration process, and the crystallization peak temperature had same change. When the heating rate was 10℃/min, the crystallization peak temperature values of the samples differ nearly 40 ℃. There are two kinds of crystallization: surface crystallization and total crystallization. The experiment of glass crystallization showed that the cooling rate not only influenced the types of crystalline and the relative proportions of the phase, but also the microstructure of the samples.
