随着汽车技术的发展,人们对手动挡车型的换挡舒适性有着更加严格的要求,而此项性能要求与变速器中的同步器组件直接相关,因此,关于同步器组件摩擦副的高性能摩擦材料的应用与研究,对提升整车换挡性能有重要的意义.本文依据产品开发实例,通过对碳纤维摩擦材料应用的验证方法总结,并结合整车换挡性能测试,阐述了碳纤维摩擦材料的应用验证方法和性能优势.

With the development of automotive technology, people have more stringent requirements of the manual vehicle's shifting comfort. And such performance requirement is directly related to the transmission of the synchronizer assembly. Therefore, the application and research of the synchronizer assembly friction performance friction materials, to enhance the performance of the vehicle shift has important implications. In this paper, based on product development instance, through the summary of authentication method for carbon fiber friction material application , combined with the shift of vehicle performance testing, describes the application of validated methods and performance advantages of carbon fiber friction materials.
