目的：讨论经尿道前列腺电切术( TURP )治疗高危前列腺增生症( BPH )围术期的护理方法。方法对行TURP术治疗的198例高危BPH患者，给予充分术前准备、手术耐受力评估、控制手术时间。术后严密观察生命体征变化，积极防御水中毒等并发症。膀胱冲洗，及时处理膀胱经痉挛，以及出院后健康指导。结果198例患者均接受TURP术，术后排尿通畅，无严重并发症发生，痊愈出院。结论对行TURP术高危患者施以精心围手术期护理，可使患者平稳安全地度过围手术期，减少术后并发症，缩短患者住院时间，加快患者康复。
목적：토론경뇨도전렬선전절술( TURP )치료고위전렬선증생증( BPH )위술기적호리방법。방법대행TURP술치료적198례고위BPH환자，급여충분술전준비、수술내수력평고、공제수술시간。술후엄밀관찰생명체정변화，적겁방어수중독등병발증。방광충세，급시처리방광경경련，이급출원후건강지도。결과198례환자균접수TURP술，술후배뇨통창，무엄중병발증발생，전유출원。결론대행TURP술고위환자시이정심위수술기호리，가사환자평은안전지도과위수술기，감소술후병발증，축단환자주원시간，가쾌환자강복。
Objective To discuss the nursing method for 198 patients with high risk prostatic hyperplasia by transurethral prostat-ic resection (TURP) during preoperative period. Methods 198 patients with high risk benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) to be treated with TURP were fully prepared before operation. Surgery tolerance was evaluated, and operation time was controlled. Changes of vital signs were closely observed after the operation, and the complications such as water intoxication were actively prevented. Pa-tients were given bladder irrigation, timely treatment of bladder spasm, as well as health guidance after being discharged. Results All the 198 patients who received TURP had normal urination after operation, without any serious surgery complications. All recovered and got discharged. Conclusion Taking good care of patients with TURP during preoperative period can make them safely pull this time, complication reduced, the length of hospital stay shortened, and rehabilitation accelerated.
