On t he basis of summarizing methods and characteristics of portfolio assessment, the paper analyses the feasibility and necessity of its application in undergraduates' entrepreneurship education. The application of portfolio assessment can improve the pertinence of undergraduates' innovative entrepreneurship education, optimize teaching effect of innovative entrepreneurship, and enhance students' entrepreneurial ability. At the same time, the use of portfolio assessment in the process of entrepreneurship education should be designed respectively considering the need for different project and education requirements to combine the commonness and individuality. Make the principles and methods of use clear, pay attention to timely correction are also in concern.
