目的:通过固定量表和自我设计的问卷调查本科护理专业学生心理健康状况。方法分析影响心理健康相关因素,对筛选阳性的学生实施综合心理干预,评价干预效果。结果462人中,有66名筛选阳性的学生,占14.29%。 SCL-90量表躯体化、强迫、人际关系敏感、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、恐怖、偏执和精神病性等9个因子得分均低于大学生常模,在强迫、人际关系敏感、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、恐怖、偏执和精神病性8个维度组间具有统计学差异;多元线性回归显示:心理健康状况影响因素有:锻炼、恋爱史、就业压力、同学关系、上网、学习压力、经济压力、家庭状况、心理素质、大学生活适应程度、一年住院、遇到困难诉说、同母亲关系、睡眠、家庭幸福程度、学习成绩排名、最近两周患病、身体素质、大学日常生活;针对影响因素的综合心理干预效果良好。结论在此次调查中学生心理健康总体水平检测阳性检测率为14.29%,提示我们更应关注本科护理专业学生心理健康水平,对阳性筛检的学生应实施综合心理干预措施。
目的:通過固定量錶和自我設計的問捲調查本科護理專業學生心理健康狀況。方法分析影響心理健康相關因素,對篩選暘性的學生實施綜閤心理榦預,評價榦預效果。結果462人中,有66名篩選暘性的學生,佔14.29%。 SCL-90量錶軀體化、彊迫、人際關繫敏感、抑鬱、焦慮、敵對、恐怖、偏執和精神病性等9箇因子得分均低于大學生常模,在彊迫、人際關繫敏感、抑鬱、焦慮、敵對、恐怖、偏執和精神病性8箇維度組間具有統計學差異;多元線性迴歸顯示:心理健康狀況影響因素有:鍛煉、戀愛史、就業壓力、同學關繫、上網、學習壓力、經濟壓力、傢庭狀況、心理素質、大學生活適應程度、一年住院、遇到睏難訴說、同母親關繫、睡眠、傢庭倖福程度、學習成績排名、最近兩週患病、身體素質、大學日常生活;針對影響因素的綜閤心理榦預效果良好。結論在此次調查中學生心理健康總體水平檢測暘性檢測率為14.29%,提示我們更應關註本科護理專業學生心理健康水平,對暘性篩檢的學生應實施綜閤心理榦預措施。

Objective To investigate psychological health condition of undergraduates in nursing major by fixed scale and self-designed questionnaire. Methods By first analyzing the related factors that affect psychological health of students, then giving com-prehensive psychological intervention to students who were found positive, and finally evaluating the intervention effect. Results A-mong 462 students, 66 were found positive, accounting for 14. 29%. According to SCL-90 results, their scores were lower than the general model of college students in terms of somzatization, force, sensitivity to interpersonal relationship, despondency, anxiety, hostility, terror, paranoia and neurosis. There was statistically significant difference in terms of force, interpersonal relationship sen-sitivity, despondency, anxiety, hostility, terror, paranoia and neurosis. The multiple linear regression demonstrated that factors in-fluencing psychological health included:exercise, love history, employment pressure, schoolmate relationship, Internet, study pres-sure, economic pressure, family condition, psychological quality, adaptation to university life, times in hospital per year, revealing of difficulties, relationship with the mother, sleep, family happiness index, academic records, illness in the recent two weeks, physical quality, daily life in university. Comprehensive psychological intervention had a good effect on these factors. Conclusion In the investigation, 14. 29% students were found positive, reminding us that we should pay more attention to mental health of under-graduate major in nursing and provide comprehensive psychological intervention to them.
