研究了再生集料是否膜化处理及替代率不同对砂浆强度的影响。试验结果表明:当膜化处理的再生集料替代率为100%时,其强度与纯天然集料相差不大;而未膜化处理的再生集料替代率为100%时,情况则完全相反。在再生集料的替代率相同的情况下,膜化处理再生砂浆比未处理再生砂浆试块的强度要大。当再生集料替代率为100%时,膜化处理再生砂浆在强度上有明显提高;而再生集料替代率为50%时,强度提高并不明显。
研究瞭再生集料是否膜化處理及替代率不同對砂漿彊度的影響。試驗結果錶明:噹膜化處理的再生集料替代率為100%時,其彊度與純天然集料相差不大;而未膜化處理的再生集料替代率為100%時,情況則完全相反。在再生集料的替代率相同的情況下,膜化處理再生砂漿比未處理再生砂漿試塊的彊度要大。噹再生集料替代率為100%時,膜化處理再生砂漿在彊度上有明顯提高;而再生集料替代率為50%時,彊度提高併不明顯。
연구료재생집료시부막화처리급체대솔불동대사장강도적영향。시험결과표명:당막화처리적재생집료체대솔위100%시,기강도여순천연집료상차불대;이미막화처리적재생집료체대솔위100%시,정황칙완전상반。재재생집료적체대솔상동적정황하,막화처리재생사장비미처리재생사장시괴적강도요대。당재생집료체대솔위100%시,막화처리재생사장재강도상유명현제고;이재생집료체대솔위50%시,강도제고병불명현。
This paper mainly studies on the effects caused by the recycled aggregate film processing and different substitution rate on the strength of cement mortar. The experimental results show that:when the substitution rate of the recycled aggregate film processing is 100%, the strength are similar with the natural aggregate ,but the substitution rate of the recycled aggregate which has not membrane processed is 100%, The situation completely opposite;in the condi-tion which the substitution rates of the recycled aggregate are same , the strength of the recycled mortar film processing is larger than the strength of the recycled mortar blocks which have not membrane processed;when the substitution rate of the recycled aggregate is 100%, the recycled mortar film processing have obviously improved in strength ,and when the substitution rate of the recycled aggregate is 50%, there is not obvious in the increase of the strength .
