自2013年以来，习近平总书记在政治局集体学习和全国各地考察调研的过程中，多次提到弘扬中国传统文化、努力建设社会主义文化强国的重要性。一个国家、一个民族的强盛，总是以文化兴盛为支撑的。中国梦着眼于未来，但溯本求源，她却是深深地植根于我们中华民族优秀的传统文化之中。在依法治国的大背景下，寻找法治理念的历史轨迹，探索法治理念在我国的文化根源显得更具时代价值。对中国传统文化中的法治理念进行发掘和研究，以期能使中国传统文化在中国现代法制建设中焕发新的光彩。

Since 2013, Xi Jinping, General Secretary repeatedly referred to the promotion of Chinese traditional culture and the importance of efforts to build a socialist cultural country, when he joined the collective learning of the Political Bureau and investigation and research across the country. A country or a nation's powerful prosperity is always guaranteed by its prosperous culture. Chinese Dream focuses on the future, is actually deeply rooted in our nation's outstanding traditional culture. It seems more significant to study the historical track of law idea and explore its cultural origin in the context of the rule of law. This paper will study the philosophy of traditional Chinese culture in the rule of law in order to make more use of traditional Chinese culture in the modern legal system in China.
