目的:对比研究SPECT与MSCT诊断冠心病的应用价值。方法回顾性分析本院拟诊冠心病行SPECT、 MSCT检查的60例患者的临床资料,对比分析两种检查方法的诊断效果。结果(1) SPECT与MSCT诊断结果: SPECT阳性34例,阴性26例; MSCT阳性35例,阴性25例。 SPECT 与 MSCT 诊断灵敏度、特异性差异无统计学意义( P>0.05);(2) SPECT与MSCT诊断病变血管: SPECT诊断狭窄血管阳性57支,阴性123支; MSCT阳性69支,阴性111支。 SPECT与MSCT对病变血管的灵敏度及特异性比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 SPECT、 MSCT对冠心病均具备较高的诊断敏感度与特异性。

목적:대비연구SPECT여MSCT진단관심병적응용개치。방법회고성분석본원의진관심병행SPECT、 MSCT검사적60례환자적림상자료,대비분석량충검사방법적진단효과。결과(1) SPECT여MSCT진단결과: SPECT양성34례,음성26례; MSCT양성35례,음성25례。 SPECT 여 MSCT 진단령민도、특이성차이무통계학의의( P>0.05);(2) SPECT여MSCT진단병변혈관: SPECT진단협착혈관양성57지,음성123지; MSCT양성69지,음성111지。 SPECT여MSCT대병변혈관적령민도급특이성비교차이무통계학의의(P>0.05)。결론 SPECT、 MSCT대관심병균구비교고적진단민감도여특이성。
Objective To compare the application value of SPECT and MSCT in diagnosis of coronary heart disease. Methods A retrospective analysis was made of clinical data of 60 patients with suspected coronary heart disease who received SPECT and MSCT examination in our hospital, and diagnosis effects of the two methods were compared. Results (1) Diagnosis results of SPECT and MSCT were as follows:There were 34 positive cases and 26 negative cases diagnosed by SPECT, there were 35 positive cases and 25 negative cases diagnosed by MSCT. There were no statistically significant differences in sensitivity and specificity between SPECT and MSCT (P>0. 05). (2) Results of SPECT and MSCT in the diagnosis of pathological changes of blood vessels were as follows:There were 57 positive and 123 negative ones diagnosed by SPECT. There were 69 positive narrow blood vessels and 111 negative ones diag-nosed by MSCT, with no statistically significant difference in terms of sensitivity and specificity ( P>0. 05 ) . Conclusion Both SPECT and MSCT are highly sensitive and specified in diagnosing coronary heart disease.
