针对6FA燃气轮发电机组国产化要求,采用Catia对一种6FA燃气轮机柔性负荷联轴器进行3D建模,并应用有限元方法对其进行强度分析。针对分析结果,就额定及极限工况下,螺栓预紧力、扭矩及离心力对联轴器应力分布的影响分别进行了阐述,并对该类型联轴器结构设计以及材料选择提供了理论依据和可行措施。在此基础上,对国产化设计提供了相应优化建议。

According to the requirements of nationalization of 6FA Gas Turbine Generator Unit(GTGU), the finite element method Cat-ia was used to analysis a 3D model strength of a flexible load coupling of 6FA GTGU.Through the comparison of analysis results, we described and discussed the range of several kinds of stress under various working conditions.Furthermore,the results present a theoret-ical base and feasible measure for structural design and material selection of this type of coupling.Basing upon the analysis results, some feasible suggestion and optimization scheme are given.
