目的：了解扬中市成人慢性肾脏病（CKD）患病率及幽门螺杆菌（Helicobacter pylori，Hp）感染现状，并探讨Hp 感染与 CKD 的关系，为临床诊疗提供相关依据。方法选择扬中市30～60岁自然人群850名，进行 CKD 影响因素的问卷调查和 CKD 相关检测，并行尿素[13 C]呼气试验检测 Hp 感染。结果686名资料完整的参与者中，CKD 患病率为26．82％，Hp 感染率为61．22％，CKD 组 Hp 感染率为78．26％，非 CKD 组 Hp 感染率为54．98％，多因素 Lo-gistic 回归分析显示，Hp 感染、女性、糖尿病、甘油三酯与 CKD 密切相关。结论江苏省扬中市成人 CKD 的患病率和 Hp 感染率均较高，Hp 感染是 CKD 的独立危险因素，Hp 感染可能在 CKD 的发生中起一定作用，扬中市加强 Hp感染的筛查及治疗可能对 CKD 防治工作起重要作用，建议将尿素[13 C]呼气试验作为 CKD 患者继发因素的筛查方法之一。
目的：瞭解颺中市成人慢性腎髒病（CKD）患病率及幽門螺桿菌（Helicobacter pylori，Hp）感染現狀，併探討Hp 感染與 CKD 的關繫，為臨床診療提供相關依據。方法選擇颺中市30～60歲自然人群850名，進行 CKD 影響因素的問捲調查和 CKD 相關檢測，併行尿素[13 C]呼氣試驗檢測 Hp 感染。結果686名資料完整的參與者中，CKD 患病率為26．82％，Hp 感染率為61．22％，CKD 組 Hp 感染率為78．26％，非 CKD 組 Hp 感染率為54．98％，多因素 Lo-gistic 迴歸分析顯示，Hp 感染、女性、糖尿病、甘油三酯與 CKD 密切相關。結論江囌省颺中市成人 CKD 的患病率和 Hp 感染率均較高，Hp 感染是 CKD 的獨立危險因素，Hp 感染可能在 CKD 的髮生中起一定作用，颺中市加彊 Hp感染的篩查及治療可能對 CKD 防治工作起重要作用，建議將尿素[13 C]呼氣試驗作為 CKD 患者繼髮因素的篩查方法之一。
목적：료해양중시성인만성신장병（CKD）환병솔급유문라간균（Helicobacter pylori，Hp）감염현상，병탐토Hp 감염여 CKD 적관계，위림상진료제공상관의거。방법선택양중시30～60세자연인군850명，진행 CKD 영향인소적문권조사화 CKD 상관검측，병행뇨소[13 C]호기시험검측 Hp 감염。결과686명자료완정적삼여자중，CKD 환병솔위26．82％，Hp 감염솔위61．22％，CKD 조 Hp 감염솔위78．26％，비 CKD 조 Hp 감염솔위54．98％，다인소 Lo-gistic 회귀분석현시，Hp 감염、녀성、당뇨병、감유삼지여 CKD 밀절상관。결론강소성양중시성인 CKD 적환병솔화 Hp 감염솔균교고，Hp 감염시 CKD 적독립위험인소，Hp 감염가능재 CKD 적발생중기일정작용，양중시가강 Hp감염적사사급치료가능대 CKD 방치공작기중요작용，건의장뇨소[13 C]호기시험작위 CKD 환자계발인소적사사방법지일。
Objective To investigate the morbidity of adult chronic kidney disease(CKD)and the prevalence of He-licobacter pylori (Hp)infection in Yangzhong city,and explore the relationship between Hp infection and CKD for clin-ical diagnosis and treatment.Methods A random sample of 850 adults of 30~60 years old in Yangzhong city were re-cruited.The influence factors of CKD were evaluated by questionnaire and CKD was diagnosed by corresponded detec-tion.Hp infection was made clear throngh 13 C-ura breath test.Results Within 686 participants with complete datas,the morbidity of CKD was 26.82%,and the HP infection rate was 61.22%.In CKD group,the HP infection rate was 78. 26%,as was 54.98% in non-CKD group.Multiple stepwise linear regression analysis demonstrated that Hp infection, female,diabetes mellitus and hypertriglyceridemia were significantly independently associated with CKD.Conclusion The morbidity of adult CKD and Hp infection rate is higher in Yangzhong city,Jiangsu province.HP infecion was inde-pendently associated with CKD and may play a certain role in the development of CKD.It is important for prevention of CKD to strengthen the screening and treatment of Hp infection in Yangzhong city.It is recommended that 13 C-ura breath test should be taken as one of screening methods for the secondary factors of CKD.
