近年来,对风能的利用越来越为社会的工农业生产所依赖,所以在我国风电机组逐渐趋于大型化、工业化和产业化,但同时随之而来的就是风力发电机组的内部机械结构零部件疲劳问题,这一情况的出现直接影响了风电机组的稳定运行甚至寿命。所以为了能够减缓机组大型化与大运行量为机械内部结构所带来的负担、从而降低维护成本,就必须对风电机组内部的关键机械零部件进行抗疲劳设计。文章从影响风力发电机组内部机械结构疲劳寿命的主要因素等理论探讨出发,结合实际中的机舱底座抗疲劳设计,验证了文章所提理论的正确性。

In recent years, more and more rely on the use of wind energy for industrial and agricultural production community, so China becoming more large-scale wind turbines, industrialization and commercialization, but the attendant inside the wind turbine mechanical structural components fatigue problem, the emergence of this situation directly affects the stable operation of wind turbines and even life. So in order to be able to slow the unit size and the large amount of the burden of running the internal mechanical structure brought about by reducing their maintenance costs, it is necessary to critical mechanical parts inside the wind turbine designed for anti-fatigue. From the main factors affecting the internal mechanical structure of wind turbines and other theoretical discussion of the fatigue life, combined with practical cabin base fatigue design, verify the correctness of the theory mentioned in this article.
