教育要从娃娃抓起,近年来国家财政不断加大对基础教育经费的投入力度,我国在基础教育领域取得了显著的成就.但是,由于经济发展水平和地区条件的限制,河南农村地区基础义务教育阶段的英语教育发展形势不容乐观,基层教育领导部门不重视,师资力量薄弱,地区发展不均衡,学生缺乏学习兴趣等现状都对英语语音教学产生了影响.本文将从几个不同的方面对河南农村基础语音教育现状进行整理分析,提出应对措施和有效方法,进而提高河南农村地区基础英语教育水平.

Education should start with children! In recent years China has made remarkable achievements in the ambit of elementary education with our national finance continuing in-vestment. However, because of the limit of economic develop-ment level and regional characteristics, the development situation of English education in Henan province rural area elementary e-ducation stage is not optimistic. Neglect by education depart-ment at the basic level,a lack of competitive faculty, the imbal-ance development of different regions and slow interest of stu-dents all have made English phonetic teaching difficult. This treatise will analysis and arrange present situation of Henan province rural area elementary Engli sh phonetic teaching, put forward the countermeasures and ameliorative methods to im-prove the level of Henan rural area elementary English pho-netic teaching.
