目的:研究临床分离的铜绿假单胞菌(PA)对常见假丝酵母菌(包括白色假丝酵母菌、热带假丝酵母菌、光滑假丝酵母菌、近平滑假丝酵母菌、克柔假丝酵母菌和葡萄牙假丝酵母菌等)的抑制作用。方法通过革兰染色、菌落形态、氧化酶试验及上机鉴定收集临床上120株 PA;通过纸片法检测 PA 对常见假丝酵母菌的抑制作用,根据对假丝酵母菌有无抑制作用将 PA 分为抑制性 PA 和非抑制性 PA;利用十二烷基硫酸钠-聚丙烯酰胺凝胶法(SDS -PAGE)对两组 PA 进行分泌蛋白电泳,观察电泳条带的差异;利用共同孵育试验观察两组 PA 对假丝酵母菌菌丝的抑制作用。结果32株 PA 为抑制性 PA,88株为非抑制性 PA;两组 PA 分泌蛋白凝胶电泳条带明显不同;两组 PA 与假丝酵母菌共同孵育后菌丝数量明显不同。结论部分 PA 对常见假丝酵母菌有抑制作用,其机制可能是通过抑制菌丝生长和分泌某种蛋白质而发挥作用的。

Objective We investigated the inhibitory effects on common Candida (including Candida albicans,Candi-da tropicalis,Candida glabrata,Candida parapsilosis,Candida krusei and Portugal Candida)from Pseudomonas aerugi-nosa (PA)isolated from clinics.Methods We collected 120 clinical strains of PA by Gram’s stain,bacterial colony morphology,oxidase production and automated microbial identification system.By sterilizing filter paper-disk method we detected the inhibitory effect of PA on common Candida,according to the inhibitory effect of PA on Candida,we set the PA into inhibitory group and non-inhibitory group.Using sodium dodecyl sulfate-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (SDS-PAGE),we made secreted protein electrophoresis on two groups,we observed the differences in electrophoresis bands.By Co-cultured test to observe the inhibitory effect of PA in two groups on Candida hyphae.Results 32 strains of PA were inhibitory PA,88 strains were non inhibitory PA.In the two groups of PA,the gel electrophoresis of protein bands were obviously different,the number of PA was significantly different after incubation with Candida hyphae.Con-clusion Some of PA have inhibitory effect on common Candida,its mechanism may play a role by inhibiting the myceli-al growth and secrete some proteins.
