目的:探讨老年代谢综合征患者体内Apelin水平的变化,以及Apelin与胰岛素抵抗的相互关系。方法实验分为老年代谢综合征组80例及正常对照组30例。用ELISA的方法检测血清Apelin水平,同时测量身高、体重、腰围、空腹胰岛素、血糖、血脂。老年代谢综合征组按BMI (Body Mass Index体重指数)为28,分为代谢综合征肥胖组和非肥胖组。结果(1)老年代谢综合征肥胖组、非肥胖组空腹血清Apelin较正常对照组明显升高[(452.63±20.27,401.76±26.71) vs (368.23±18.19) ng/L, P<0.01];(2)老年代谢综合征肥胖组空腹血清Apelin较非肥胖组升高[(452.63±20.27) vs (401.76±26.71) ng/L, P<0.05];(3)相关性分析: Apelin与HOMA-IR、 FINS、 BMI、 TG、 TC、 LDL呈正相关,与HDL呈负相关。结论 Apelin与肥胖、胰岛素抵抗相关,改善胰岛素抵抗,如何降低患者血清Apelin水平可能将成为代谢综合征治疗新的药物治疗靶点。

목적:탐토노년대사종합정환자체내Apelin수평적변화,이급Apelin여이도소저항적상호관계。방법실험분위노년대사종합정조80례급정상대조조30례。용ELISA적방법검측혈청Apelin수평,동시측량신고、체중、요위、공복이도소、혈당、혈지。노년대사종합정조안BMI (Body Mass Index체중지수)위28,분위대사종합정비반조화비비반조。결과(1)노년대사종합정비반조、비비반조공복혈청Apelin교정상대조조명현승고[(452.63±20.27,401.76±26.71) vs (368.23±18.19) ng/L, P<0.01];(2)노년대사종합정비반조공복혈청Apelin교비비반조승고[(452.63±20.27) vs (401.76±26.71) ng/L, P<0.05];(3)상관성분석: Apelin여HOMA-IR、 FINS、 BMI、 TG、 TC、 LDL정정상관,여HDL정부상관。결론 Apelin여비반、이도소저항상관,개선이도소저항,여하강저환자혈청Apelin수평가능장성위대사종합정치료신적약물치료파점。
Objective To investigate the changes of the Apelin level in elder patients with metabolic syndrome and analyze the correlation between Apelin and insulin resistance. Methods Fasting blood serum Apelin was measured in 110 cases, 80 cases of old age patients with metabolic syndrome and 30 cases of the normal ( the control group) , specifically. Such data as the height, weight, waist, fasting insulin, glucose and blood lipid of these cases were measured. The old age group with metabolic syndrome were divided into two groups at the 28 point of BMI. Results (1) Serum Apelin concentration in the elderly obesity group with metabolic syn-drome and the non-obesity group was higher than that in control group [ (452. 63±20. 27, 401. 76±26. 71) vs (368. 23±18. 19) ng/L, P<0. 01]. (2) Serum Apelin concentration in in the elderly obesity group with metabolic syndrome was higher that in the non-o-besity group [ (452. 63±20. 27) vs (401. 76±26. 71) ng/L, P<0. 05]. (3) Partial correlation analysis showed that Apelin was posi-tively correlated with HOMA-IR, FINS, BMI , TG, TC, LDL and negatively correlated with HDL. Conclusion Apelin is related with obesity and insulin resistance. How to improve insulin resistance and reduce the level of serum Apelin in patients with metabolic syndrome may become new targets for drugs.
