目的探讨小儿毛细支气管炎患者采用痰热清静滴联合雾化吸入布地奈德、特布他林治疗的临床效果。方法入选我院符合标准的毛细支气管炎患儿150例，按照治疗方式的不同分为对照组和治疗组，对照组患者给予痰热清静滴联合雾化吸入地塞米松治疗，治疗组患者给予痰热清静滴联合雾化吸入布地奈德、特布他林治疗；观察两组患者治疗后的临床症状改善情况及临床效果。结果两组患儿治疗后，临床不适症状均有改善，治疗组患儿气促缓解时间、肺部哮鸣音与湿罗音消失的时间显著优于对照组，结果具有统计学差异(<0.05)。结论痰热清静滴联合雾化吸入布地奈德、特布他林治疗小儿毛细支气管炎，有效的改善了患儿临床不适症状，值得推广应用。
목적탐토소인모세지기관염환자채용담열청정적연합무화흡입포지내덕、특포타림치료적림상효과。방법입선아원부합표준적모세지기관염환인150례，안조치료방식적불동분위대조조화치료조，대조조환자급여담열청정적연합무화흡입지새미송치료，치료조환자급여담열청정적연합무화흡입포지내덕、특포타림치료；관찰량조환자치료후적림상증상개선정황급림상효과。결과량조환인치료후，림상불괄증상균유개선，치료조환인기촉완해시간、폐부효명음여습라음소실적시간현저우우대조조，결과구유통계학차이(<0.05)。결론담열청정적연합무화흡입포지내덕、특포타림치료소인모세지기관염，유효적개선료환인림상불괄증상，치득추엄응용。
Objective To study the clinical ef ect of Intravenous Tanreqing combined with aerosol inhalation of Budesonide and Terbutaline for capil ary bronchitis.Methods 150 infants with capil ary bronchitis in our hospital were selected and divided into control group and treatment group according to dif erent therapies.The control group adopted Intravenous Tanreqing combined with aerosol inhalation of Dexamethasone;treatment group adopted Intravenous Tanreqing combined with aerosol inhalation of Budesonide and Terbutaline.The improvements of clinical symptoms and clinical ef ects of two groups were observed.Results The clinical discomforts of two groups were improved.the remission time of anhelation,disappearance time of wheezing rale and moist rale of treatment group was significantly bet er than that of control group ( <0.05).Conclusion The Intravenous Tanreqing combined with aerosol inhalation of Budesonide and Terbutaline for capil ary bronchitis can ef iciently improve the patients'clinical discomforts,It is worthy of promotion and application.
