目的：探讨精液白细胞与精液质量的关系。方法分析984例男性不育患者精液标本，采用联苯胺染色法观察精液中白细胞浓度，采用计算机自动分析精子浓度、活力及相关参数。结果精液中白细胞增加可以导致精液pH值、精液浓度、精子运动参数异常。结论精液中白细胞与精液质量密切相关，是导致男性不育的重要原因。
목적：탐토정액백세포여정액질량적관계。방법분석984례남성불육환자정액표본，채용련분알염색법관찰정액중백세포농도，채용계산궤자동분석정자농도、활력급상관삼수。결과정액중백세포증가가이도치정액pH치、정액농도、정자운동삼수이상。결론정액중백세포여정액질량밀절상관，시도치남성불육적중요원인。
Objective To study the relationship between leukocyte number in semen and quality of se-men.Methods Benzidine staining was adopted to assay leukocyte number in 984 samples of semen with male infertility,and sperm concentration ,vitality and motion parameters were analyzed by computer .Results The ab-normal of semen pH ,concentration and motion parameters was associated with increasing leukocyte number in semen .Conclusion Quality of semen is related with leukocyte number in semen ,which leads to male infertility .
