目的:观察姜黄素( curcumin,Cur)对链脲佐菌素( STZ)诱导的2型糖尿病大鼠大脑行为学及形态学的影响。方法雄性SD大鼠随机分为3组:生理盐水对照组( Con组),糖尿病模型组( DM组)和姜黄素处理的糖尿病组( DM+Cur组)。以Morris水迷宫实验方法检测各组大鼠的行为学差异,HE染色法检测各组大鼠大脑皮层及海马的形态学差异。结果Morris水迷宫检测发现,DM组大鼠航行轨迹复杂,逃避潜伏期比对照组明显延长,撤出平台以后,大鼠穿越平台位置的次数明显减少,而给予姜黄素处理16周后的DM+Cur组可明显改善大鼠的行为学表现,增强大鼠的学习记忆能力。 HE染色发现,DM组大鼠海马CA1、CA3和齿状回( DG)区有部分神经元出现变性改变,而DM+Cur组大鼠可明显改善大鼠海马神经元的变性发生。结论姜黄素能改善糖尿病大鼠的学习记忆能力,对糖尿病大鼠的海马神经元起保护作用。

목적:관찰강황소( curcumin,Cur)대련뇨좌균소( STZ)유도적2형당뇨병대서대뇌행위학급형태학적영향。방법웅성SD대서수궤분위3조:생리염수대조조( Con조),당뇨병모형조( DM조)화강황소처리적당뇨병조( DM+Cur조)。이Morris수미궁실험방법검측각조대서적행위학차이,HE염색법검측각조대서대뇌피층급해마적형태학차이。결과Morris수미궁검측발현,DM조대서항행궤적복잡,도피잠복기비대조조명현연장,철출평태이후,대서천월평태위치적차수명현감소,이급여강황소처리16주후적DM+Cur조가명현개선대서적행위학표현,증강대서적학습기억능력。 HE염색발현,DM조대서해마CA1、CA3화치상회( DG)구유부분신경원출현변성개변,이DM+Cur조대서가명현개선대서해마신경원적변성발생。결론강황소능개선당뇨병대서적학습기억능력,대당뇨병대서적해마신경원기보호작용。
Objective To investigate the effect of curcumin ( Cur) on the behavior and brain morpholo-gy in STZ-induced t diabetic rats .Methods Male SD rats were randomly divided into three groups:normal con-trol group(Con group),diabetic model group (DM) and the diabetic group treated with curcumin (DM+Cur group ) .Morris water maze were tested to detect the behavior difference of the three group rats ,and HE staining were adopted to detect the morphological change in cerebral cortex and hippocampus .Results DM group rats had complex trajectories .Compared with control group ,the escape latency in DM group was significantly pro -longed ,andthe times acrossthe platform after withdrawal of platformwere also reduced significantly .Treatment with curcumin for 16 weeks could significantly reverse the deficiency of memory induced by high glucose ,short-en the escape latency ,and increase the times across the platform ,compared with DM group .HE staining showed that some neurons in hippocampal CA 1,CA3 and the dentate gyrus areas were degenerated in DM group rats . While in DM+Cur group ,these degeneration was obviously alleviated in hippocampal areas .Conclusion Curcu-min could improve DM rats'ability of learning and memory and protect hippocampal neurons .
