针对电梯逻辑开发存在现场调试难度大、电梯知识培训成本高等问题,提出一种基于电梯控制板的节能高效的电梯仿真方法.分析了电梯系统的功能和运行规律,设计了监控软件和硬件,建立了电梯仿真实验平台.监控软件模拟电梯操控面板和服务器,可监控电梯状态,硬件根据实际电梯控制板运行条件设计.实验证明,该仿真系统可监控电梯状态,实现电梯操控、电梯故障仿真,仿真真实性较传统仿真平台有明显提高,提高电梯逻辑开发效率,降低培训成本.

An energy-saved and efficient elevator simulation method based on elevator control board is proposed in order to solve the problem of difficulty and high cost in elevator logic development and train. Monitoring software, hardware and elevator simulation platform is built with the analysis of elevator function and regularity. Monitoring software can operate like elevator server and panel and can monitor the elevator state. Hardware can meet the need of elevator control board. Experimental evidence show that elevator operation and error can be simulated and elevator state can show in software. This simulation platform can raise the efficiency of logic development and debug and has obvious advantage of reality over traditional simulation platform.
