大学生失业现象普遍存在，在当前经济形势下，较高的失业率表现为结构性失业和摩擦性失业。造成失业的原因多样，研究显示，劳动力市场方面的影响不容忽视，特别是我国劳动力市场存在的市场分割、信息不对称和市场成本高的问题。构建高效的劳动力市场是降低失业的重要手段，亦须从市场的角度寻找改善途径。
