目的：探讨出血型烟雾病（ MMD）患者发生再出血的相关因素。方法将56例MMD患者根据随访期间有无再出血，分为再出血组（n＝13）和非再出血组（n＝43），比较两组患者的临床资料。结果两组患者长期头痛和（或）头晕病史、脉络膜前动脉扩张、手术的比率差异有统计学意义（均P＜0．05）。多因素Logistic回归分析显示长期头痛和（或）头晕病史（OR＝4．661，95％CI：1．221～17．789，P＝0．024），脉络膜前动脉扩张（OR＝91．200，95％CI：9．680～859．229，P＝0．000）、手术（OR＝0．190，95％CI：0．038～0．963，P＝0．045）为再出血发生的独立相关因素。结论长期头痛和（或）头晕病史、脉络膜前动脉扩张为MMD再出血发生的危险因素；手术为再出血发生的保护因素。

Objective To explore the factors related to rebleeding in patients with hemorrhagic moyamoya disease(MMD).Methods According to rebleeding during the follow-up period,56 MMD patients were divided into rebleeding group ( n =13 ) and no rebleeding group ( n =43 ) .The clinical data of two groups were compared . ResultsThere were significant differences in the rates of long-term headaches and(or) dizziness, the expansion of the anterior choroid artery , surgery between two groups ( all P<0.05 ) .Multivariate Logistic regression showed that the independent correlation factors of rebleeding were long-term headaches and ( or) dizziness ( OR =4.661,95%CI:1.221-17.789,P=0.024), the expansion of the anterior choroid artery (OR=91.200,95%CI:9.680-859.229, P=0.000),surgery(OR=0.190, 95%CI:0.038 -0.963,P=0.045).Conclusion Long-term headaches and ( or) dizziness and the expansion of the anterior choroid artery are the risk factors of rebleeding of MMD , while surgery is the protective factor .
