急诊科是急救患者的重要场所，由于患者病情危急，随时有死亡的危险，增加了护理的风险，这对急症护理工作提出了较高的要求，特别是当今由于媒体的误导等，医闹现象比较严重，急诊护理的纠纷明显高于其他科室。因此，掌握急诊护理纠纷的原因及防范措施对预防和控制医疗纠纷有着重要的意义。为探讨急症护理纠纷原因与防范对策，本文结合工作实际和有关文献报道，对导致急症护理纠纷的原因进行总结和分析，并提出相应的防范措施。

The emergency department is an important place for the emergency patients,due to the patient's condition is critical, they always have the risk of death,it increases the nursing risk,this puts forward higher requirements on the emergency nursing work,especially because of misleading by media and so on in the current,medical trouble phenomenon is serious,nursing disputes in emergency is significantly higher than that of other departments,therefore,learning the causes and countermeasures of nursing disputes in emergency has important significance to the prevention and control of medical disputes,in order to investigate the causes and countermeasures of nursing disputes in emergency,this paper summarizes and analyzes the causes of nursing disputes in emergency combined with practical work and related documents,and puts forward some corresponding preventive measures.
