患者的走失对患者及医院均造成不良的影响，严重者会危及到患者的人身安全。分析5例走失案例，针对护理人员评估不全等原因，采取提高评估意识，加强特殊时间段管理、高危警示和良好的沟通等措施，防范走失的发生，保障患者的安全。

The patients lost all has adverse effects on the patients and hospital,and the severe cases will endanger the personal safety of patients.5 cases of lost cases are analyzed.For nursing staff incomplete evaluation and other causes,taking the measures such as improving the evaluation consciousness,strengthening the particular time management,risk warning and good communication can prevent the happening of lost and ensure the safety of patients.
