根据2010版《中国药典》一部（附录 XA）浸出物测定法，考察样品均匀性及其他实验条件下对茯苓浸出物质量分数测定值的影响。结果表明，样品均匀性对浸出物测定的影响最大，检验时，若不将样品充分打碎混匀，将导致检测结果出现较大的差异。样品取样量与溶剂的体积对测定结果有一定的影响。建议《中国药典》给出一个确定的取样量和溶剂体积，以减小或避免不同实验人员在检测时因其不同而造成的检测结果差异。

Based on the extract determination method in Apperdix XA in Chinese Pharmacopeoia edition one published in 2010,we study the evenness of the samples and the affect on quality mass of Poria extracts under the other conditions.The result showed that the sample uniformity has great affect on the determination of contents of Poria extracts.When testing,the samples are not fully smashed and mixed,the results are different.The amount of sample and volume of solvent have certain affect on the testing result.It is suggested that a certain amount of sample and the volume of solvent be given in Chinese Pharmacopoeia in order to decrease or avoid the difference in operation.
