通过对国家和云南省基本药物品种在昆明市基层医疗机构的使用情况调查分析，并抽取各基层医疗机构的基药品种目录进行分类汇总。结果表明，昆明市基层医疗机构使用的基本药物品种过少，且近3 a 无增长趋势；在用的品种结构也在发生调整，辅助用药占比逐渐加大。建议昆明市基层医疗机构要进一步优化基药结构，增加基药品种，加强基药的合理使用。
통과대국가화운남성기본약물품충재곤명시기층의료궤구적사용정황조사분석，병추취각기층의료궤구적기약품충목록진행분류회총。결과표명，곤명시기층의료궤구사용적기본약물품충과소，차근3 a 무증장추세；재용적품충결구야재발생조정，보조용약점비축점가대。건의곤명시기층의료궤구요진일보우화기약결구，증가기약품충，가강기약적합리사용。
After the survey of applying the varieties of national and provincial essential drugs in primary level health care institutions of Kunming,classification and gathering the lists in terms of taking the varieties of each medical institution has been made.The result showed that few varieties of essential drugs were used in the primary health care institutions;moreover,there was no growing trend in the past 3 years.The structures of varieties in use were also changing,and the proportion of adjuvants was increasing gradually.We suggest that the structure of essential drugs varieties in primary health care institutions be optimized,the kinds of essential drugs be increased and the emphasis on the rationality and diversity of essential drugs be strengthened.
