核辐射易造成人体造血系统损伤,为此建立急性辐射骨髓衰竭小鼠模型,通过单次腹腔注射异基因小鼠多份不同胎盘源细胞/细胞因子,明确其治疗急性辐射骨髓衰竭的疗效.实验将造模后小鼠随机分为胎盘源细胞治疗组、胎盘源细胞因子治疗组、胎盘源细胞联合细胞因子治疗组以及模型小鼠对照组4组,治疗后统计分析各组小鼠存活时间.结果表明,胎盘源细胞联合细胞因子可有效延缓急性辐射骨髓衰竭小鼠的寿命(P <0.05).
覈輻射易造成人體造血繫統損傷,為此建立急性輻射骨髓衰竭小鼠模型,通過單次腹腔註射異基因小鼠多份不同胎盤源細胞/細胞因子,明確其治療急性輻射骨髓衰竭的療效.實驗將造模後小鼠隨機分為胎盤源細胞治療組、胎盤源細胞因子治療組、胎盤源細胞聯閤細胞因子治療組以及模型小鼠對照組4組,治療後統計分析各組小鼠存活時間.結果錶明,胎盤源細胞聯閤細胞因子可有效延緩急性輻射骨髓衰竭小鼠的壽命(P <0.05).
핵복사역조성인체조혈계통손상,위차건립급성복사골수쇠갈소서모형,통과단차복강주사이기인소서다빈불동태반원세포/세포인자,명학기치료급성복사골수쇠갈적료효.실험장조모후소서수궤분위태반원세포치료조、태반원세포인자치료조、태반원세포연합세포인자치료조이급모형소서대조조4조,치료후통계분석각조소서존활시간.결과표명,태반원세포연합세포인자가유효연완급성복사골수쇠갈소서적수명(P <0.05).
Nuclear radiation results easily in the damage of hematopoietic system in human body.Because of that,the mouse models for acute radiation bone marrow failure were formed.The allogene mouse placentas derived cells/cytokine were intraperitoneally injected into acute radiation bone marrow failure model mice with single time in order to identify its therapeutic effect.Model mice were separated into placentas derived cells treatment group,placentas derived cytokine treatment group,placentas derived cells combined with cytokine treatment group and model mice control group at random to analyze their survival time after treatment.The result shows placentas derived cells combined with cytokine treatment can prolong effectively acute radiation bone marrow failure mice survival time (P <0.05).
