采用高效液相色谱（HPLC）快速测定胶囊中奥拉西坦的质量分数，流动相为 V（甲醇）∶V（水）＝5∶95，于 C18柱上分离，检测波长为214 nm，奥拉西坦在测定范围内，质量浓度与峰面积呈良好的线性关系，设定条件下3 min 即可完成分析。所用方法简便，样品前处理简单，可用于奥拉西坦胶囊的质量分数测定。

Rapid determination of oxiracetam quality mass in capsule with HPLC was reported .The mobile phase was a mixture of methanol and H2 O in a ratio of 5∶95,isolated by a packed column C18.The ultraviolet wavelength was at 214 nm and the calibration curve was linear in the range of determination.The quality concentration and the peak area showed the better linear relation.The analysis was finished within 3 minutes under the setting conditions.This method was simple and easy for handling sample which could be used in the determination of oxiracetam in capsule.
