建立了 HPLC 法同时测定舒泌通胶囊中绿原酸和蒙花苷的质量分数，采用 SunfireTM-C18柱（4．6 mm ×250 mm，5μm），柱温为30℃，流动相 A 为甲醇、B 为0．5％冰醋酸，梯度洗脱，流速为1．0 mL／min，检测波长为328 nm．结果表明，二者的线性范围分别为1．0804～216．0804μg／mL 和1．0804～81．7200μg／mL．平均回收率分别为101．0％和9．3％，RSD 分别为3．4％和3．3％（n ＝9）．该方法准确、可靠，具有良好的重复性和稳定性，可用于舒泌通胶囊中绿原酸和蒙苷花的质量分数测定．

To develop an HPLC method for the simultaneous determination of quality mass of chlorogenic Acid and linarin.HPLC was performed on a Sunfire TM-C 18 column(4.6 mm ×250 mm,5 μm)with gradient elution of method(A)and 0.5 % acid glacial (B)at the flow rate of 1.0 mL /min,detected at 328 nm.The result showed that the content of chlorogenic Acid and linarin was simultaneously detected.The calibration curves showed good linearity within the range of 1.080 4—216.080 4 μg /mL chlorogenic Acid and 1.080 4—81.720 0 μg /mL(linarin).The average recovery was 101.0% and 99.3%,with RSD of 3.4% and 3.3%. The developed method is accurate with high repeatability,which is helpful for the determination of chlorogenic Acid and linarin in Shumitong capsules.
