以硫酸氢钠为催化剂,进行三苯乙烯苯酚聚氧乙烯醚和油酸的酯化反应,合成了三苯乙烯苯酚聚氧乙烯醚油酸酯,考察了酸醚摩尔比、催化剂用量、反应温度、反应时间等条件对酯化反应的影响。结果表明,较优的合成条件为:n(油酸)∶n(醚)=0.99∶1,催化剂用量为总反应物质量的0.50%,150℃回流反应5 h。在此条件下,酯化率达98%以上。
以硫痠氫鈉為催化劑,進行三苯乙烯苯酚聚氧乙烯醚和油痠的酯化反應,閤成瞭三苯乙烯苯酚聚氧乙烯醚油痠酯,攷察瞭痠醚摩爾比、催化劑用量、反應溫度、反應時間等條件對酯化反應的影響。結果錶明,較優的閤成條件為:n(油痠)∶n(醚)=0.99∶1,催化劑用量為總反應物質量的0.50%,150℃迴流反應5 h。在此條件下,酯化率達98%以上。
이류산경납위최화제,진행삼분을희분분취양을희미화유산적지화반응,합성료삼분을희분분취양을희미유산지,고찰료산미마이비、최화제용량、반응온도、반응시간등조건대지화반응적영향。결과표명,교우적합성조건위:n(유산)∶n(미)=0.99∶1,최화제용량위총반응물질량적0.50%,150℃회류반응5 h。재차조건하,지화솔체98%이상。
Using sodium bifulfate as catalyst,tristyrylphenol polyoxyethylene ether and oleic acid were es-terified to synthesize tristyrylphenol polyoxyethylene ether oleate. Effects of factors,such as molar ratio of oleic acid to ether,the dosage of catalyst,reaction temperature,reaction time on the results of esterification were investigated. The result showed that the optimal conditions were as follows:n( oleic acid)∶n( ether)=0. 99∶1,the dosage of the catalyst 0. 50% of total mass of the reactants,reaction time 5 h and reaction temperature 150 ℃. Under this condition,the yield of esterification reached more than 98%.
