目的：探讨原发性干燥综合征患者干眼病的治疗方法。方法：将76例原发性干燥综合征干眼病患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组38例。对照组进行免疫抑制剂和人工泪液点眼治疗，治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上给予中药内服、中药煎剂外敷眼部及健康教育指导。两组均治疗2个月，对治疗前后观察指标进行分析。结果：治疗后，治疗组眼部症状SPEED问卷评分减少，泪液分泌量及泪膜破裂时间增加，且均优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P <0.05）。结论：原发性干燥综合征患者在常规治疗的基础上进行人工泪液点眼，运用中药内服外敷治疗及健康教育指导，能有效缓解干眼病的临床症状，提高泪液分泌功能及延长泪膜破裂时间。

[ABSTRACT]Objective:To investigate the treatment method of xerophthalmus in patients with primary sj?gren's syndrome.Methods:76 patients with xerophthalmus and primary sj?gren's syndrome were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,38 cases in each group.The control group were treated with immunosuppressive agents and artiifcial tears,while the treatment group,based on the treatment for the control group,were given oral Chinese medicine,externally applied traditional Chinese medicine decoction,and given health instruction.After 2-month treatment,the observed indexes of the two groups were analyzed.Results:After treatment,the score of eye symptoms questionnaire score reduced;tear secretion and tear film break-up time increased,and the treatment group was better than the control group,the difference being statistically signiifcant (P <0.05).Conclusion:Based on the routine treatment,giving artiifcial tears,external applying Chinese herbs and giving health instruction can effectively alleviate the symptoms of xerophthalmus in patients with primary sj?gren's syndrome,improve the tear secretion and prolong the breakup time of tear iflm.
