当前我国部分山区农村小学教师培养呈现出政策化、综合化、专业化等新趋势，目的是培养“下得去、留得住、教得好”的山区农村小学全科、多科教师，以治理山区农村小学教师队伍数量不足、结构失衡等突出问题，让山区农村孩子上好小学，发展好山区农村义务教育。

당전아국부분산구농촌소학교사배양정현출정책화、종합화、전업화등신추세，목적시배양“하득거、류득주、교득호”적산구농촌소학전과、다과교사，이치리산구농촌소학교사대오수량불족、결구실형등돌출문제，양산구농촌해자상호소학，발전호산구농촌의무교육。
Now the primary school teachers training for mountain areas tends to be policy-oriented, com-prehensive, and professionalized, with the purpose of cultivating qualified-for-all-subjects teachers or quali-fied-for-multi-subjects teachers who can “go, stay and teach well” in mountain area schools, so that the problems of structural imbalance and lack of teachers can be solved, the children there will receive good ed-ucation, and consequently, the education there can develop well.
