One of the goals of college education is to cultivate innovative talents. The laboratory is the pace where can enhance undergraduates' innovativeness. So opening laboratory is one of the important ways to im-prove college students' innovation. This article was mainly discussed these questions such as necessity of open-ing laboratory,and ways to improve students' innovative ability and how to more effective manage the opening laboratory in universities.
