目的：了解某三甲医院住院患者抗菌药物使用情况。方法：应用医院信息系统对2011年1月—2013年12月住院患者各项抗菌药物使用指标进行数据统计。结果：在研究时间段内，住院患者使用抗菌药物的平均比例为56．00％，抗菌药物金额占总药费的17．00％，其中非限制级抗菌药物使用比例为9．55％，限制级抗菌药物使用比例为79．67％，特殊使用级抗菌药物使用比例为10．78％；人均使用抗菌药物品种数为1．08种，人均金额为1123元，抗菌药物使用强度为33．67 DDDs（100人?d），清洁手术预防用药比例为35．00％，全院总病原学标本送检率为40．00％。结论：各项指标基本符合规定，但手术相关指标偶有不合理现象出现。
목적：료해모삼갑의원주원환자항균약물사용정황。방법：응용의원신식계통대2011년1월—2013년12월주원환자각항항균약물사용지표진행수거통계。결과：재연구시간단내，주원환자사용항균약물적평균비례위56．00％，항균약물금액점총약비적17．00％，기중비한제급항균약물사용비례위9．55％，한제급항균약물사용비례위79．67％，특수사용급항균약물사용비례위10．78％；인균사용항균약물품충수위1．08충，인균금액위1123원，항균약물사용강도위33．67 DDDs（100인?d），청길수술예방용약비례위35．00％，전원총병원학표본송검솔위40．00％。결론：각항지표기본부합규정，단수술상관지표우유불합리현상출현。
OBJECTIVE:To analyze the use of antibiotics in a three-A level general hospital.METHODS: The antibiotic use indexes for the inpatients from 2011 to 2013 retrieved from hospital information system were analyzed statistically.RESULTS:During the study period, the average rate of antibiotic use in the inpatients was 56%; the antibitoic cost accounted for about 17% of total drug cost, with non-restricted level of antibiotics accounted for 9.55%, resticted level of 79.67%and special level of 10.78%.An average of 1.08 antibiotics were used per patient and an average of 1 123 yuan for the antibiotic cost per patient.The antibiotic use density ( AUD) was 33.67.The rate of antibiotic use in the patietns undergoing aseptic operation was 35%.The bacterial examination rate was 40%in the hospital.CONCLUSIONS:The antibiotic use indexes were basically up to the standard, however, some operation-related indexes were irrational occasionally.
