对于台山项目EPR汽轮机低压内、外缸相对初始安装位置,供应商给出了2种不同方案。1种方案是LP1/LP2/LP3低压外缸中心线相对于各自对应的低压内缸中心线分别往发电机侧偏移+6.00 mm、+3.00 mm、+0.00 mm;另1种方案是3个低压内、外缸中心线分别重合。文章根据当地实际环境温度,采用分段法计算了低压内缸在正常运行状态下的热膨胀量。通过分析低压内、外缸采用各种相对初始安装位置后O型柔性密封环在正常运行时的轴向热膨胀补偿量,提出了比现有方案更佳的改进建议方案,可为后续项目提供一些参考。

The supplier has given two schemes for the relative assembly position between LP inner and outer casings of Taishan EPR turbine. One is the center line of LP1/LP2/LP3 outer casings moving by+6.00 mm,+3.00 mm,+0.00 mm respectively towards gener-ator from the center line of corresponding LP inner casings, the other one is the center lines of three LP outer casings coinciding with the center line of corresponding LP inner casings. The thermal expansion value of LP inner casing has been calculated by frac-tionation method based on the Taishan local environment temperature. Through assuming different relative assembly position, the axial thermal expansion compensation by O type flexible sealing ring between LP inner and outer casings in normal operation is an-alyzed. A better scheme is concluded which will be useful for following projects.
