文章通过分析高职院校教育教学中存在的问题，提出将长尾理论应用到改革实施过程中，结合长尾理论重视个体、讲究个性化、具有协同性等本质特征，树立“头尾共舞”的理念，实现头尾共赢的效果，从而达到高职教育教学的改革目标。

Through the analysis of the problems existing in the teaching in higher vocational colleges,this paper introduces the application of Long Tail Theory to the teaching reform. Combined with the characteristics of the Long Tail Theory-individuation and cooperativity, this paper puts forward the idea of win-win so as to realize the reform targets.
