在湖南省积极推进长株潭地区三网融合试点建设的背景下，运用文献资料、问卷调查和现场访谈等研究方法，对三网融合人才的社会需求和培养状况展开了调查研究。研究结果显示：社会对综合素质高的复合型高级技术技能人才需求意愿旺盛。基于调研结果，文章从三网融合人才培养角度提出了相应对策。

Under the active promotion of triple play construction in Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan District in Hunan province, a survey has been made on triple play talent demand and talent training status by using the research methods such as documentary method, questionnaire method and field interview method. The results show that the society has a strong demand for senior talents with high comprehensive qualities and skills. Based on the results, some countermeasures are put forward from the perspective of triple play talent training.
